Track and Field is one of the few sports where girls and boys can compete together. The sport focuses both on the individual and the team, and allows every athlete to compete - there is no riding the bench. Individual and team members have competed at the state track meet 26 out of the last 32 years. There are more track state championships in the history of Kohler High School than all the other sports combined. One guarantee that the track program offers is that you will be in the best shape of your life and the sport can give you the tools for staying in shape in post-high school years.
